Green lumber is treated with the utmost care to ensure the highest quality end product. We use breeze-dried stickers and blocking on all white woods, regulalry rotate inventory and get the lumber into our kilns as quickly as possible.

SURFACE AREA
Our Newman-Whitney S282 combined with our Timesaver Acro-Sander can produce high quality surfacing to your specifications, leaving either a knife-planed or an abrasive sanded finish. We have the capability to produce over one million board feet per month, graded and held to a tolerance of +/- .010.

CHOPLINE / EDGE GLUED PANEL AREA
Once the lumber has been planed, sanded and ripped, it is ready for chopping and gluing. Our chopline can produce several thousand cut stock pieces per shift, all +/- 1/32".
